The Role Of Leadership In Meeting the 2030 Agenda
IAYSP-Angola held in December 2022 the Peace Dialogue Week, which closed on January 14, 2023, at the Medialibrary August 28 – Luanda.
In the Peace Dialogue Week 2022, 8 tables were held, with different topics of approach – on the problems afflicting society, and the search for and/or proposals for solutions based on 1 or more of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
In this dialogue, the Peace Makers concluded that the basis for effective and assertive leadership lies in family education (cradle education), access to education, technical training, promotion and incentive of investment in order to provide working conditions that allow achieving levels of productivity capable of generating sustainable local growth and development. Leadership must look from the inside out, have a vision of empathy, looking at those led together to achieve common goals.
The basis for a sustainable country is the family whose effect is manifested in institutions and communities – based on virtues, values, principles and morality and ethics.
