Planting Tree on International Youth Day

IAYSP-DR Congo organized Serve and Save the planet) on 12 August 2021 in Lubumbashi city at the same time in Matadi city.

During the African Youth Assembly 2021, held from August 12 to 14, 2021 on the occasion of International Youth Day, IAYSP-DR Congo through its representation of the city of Lubumbashi and Matadi had carried out a reforestation project to serve and save the planet from global warming.

The project consisted of planting young seedings of fruit trees, in order to feed humanity, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and fight against environmental degradation. 12 people from Lumbashi City and 37 people from Matadi City participated the event.

The event was collaborated with the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU),

Shore Tongil and the Franco-American University of Matadi (UNIFA).
