IAYSP Angola organized Peace Designer Seminar Table # 02 Financial empowerment for Communities on December 1, 2020. Financial empowerment project for communities: Peace Ambassador – Neuza Miranda Pinto and the Peace Makers chosen by her, diagnosed the following problems:

– High level of unemployment; – absence of entertainment and cultural and artistic education; – poor knowledge and exercise of citizenship and volunteering; – ignorance of the tools for self-employment; – weak technological knowledge and – lag in digital inclusion.

Solution for diagnosed problems: Creation of an Academy that aims to educate, empower, and entertain communities through five Pillars:

1. Finance and Entrepreneurship;
2. Marketing and Sales;
3. 3.Technology and Digital Inclusion
4. Culture and Arts
5. Citizenship and Volunteering
