Peace Design Table # 01 Leadership of the Future

IAYSP Angola organized Peace Designer seminar Table # 01 Leadership of the Future on November 30, 2020. On this basis, Ambassador Eva Rosa Santos and her 9 Peace Makers, reflected on Leadership of the Future (SDG 4, 16 and 17)  and concluded that the leadership of the future should be:

inspiring, ethical, honest, vertical, innovative, creative, empathic leadership, emotional intelligent, humble, structured thinking, vision, self-confidence, different from leadership, following your dreams, flexible, focus on walking, not giving up, questioning, sustainable development, training yourself and others, cultural matrix.
