Opening Ceremony of AFRICAN YOUTH ASSEMBLY 2021 in Benin

379 youth and students gathered in Abomey-Calavi campus(270), Bonou city(20), Bopa city(60). Djidja (19) and participated joyfully to the African Youth Assembly 2021 to celebrate on the International Youth Day on 14 August 12 to 14, 2021.

The event was supported by M. Desire BATCHASSI, the Representative of West Africa Economic Union in Benin, who gave speech online during the opening ceremony, and the second day during a special character education session for the participants. It was also supported by the presidency of the university led by Professor Maxime da CRUZ who gave us the venue for free. This venue in Abomey-Calavi is used only for the official and Academic event of the University. However, he gave us with also the support of professor Oguawale Euloge which department is in partnership with IAYSP BENIN.

The National Federal Students Association of Benin, the NGO Famille Nutrition et Développement, the NGO LEERED, the Youth Action Movement (MAJ- POBE), the Association for the Development of Students of Lobogo (ADEL- Lobogo), the Union of Students from the Municipality of Athieme, the Association sent members of their organizations to the venues. All the participants find hope throgh IAYSP and want to become members of IAYSP.
