Internship Program in Uganda

IAYSP-Uganda in partner with Family Federation for World Peace & Unification  are running an Internship Project that started on 20 September and will end on 30 October 2021.In an attempt to actualize and promote its education program on Peace, Conflict Prevention ,Management, Resolution and conflict transformation, character Education and development, and Leadership training among the youths.

The project is aiming at equipping University students especially those from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences with additional skills in social life, character development, conflict prevention, resolution, management and transformation, and leadership so that they can create peaceful communities. This project is tackling the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4,5,16 and 17.

8 participants from 3 different public universities have registered so far and due to Covid-19 S.O.Ps, we’re accepting 7additional participants who will commence on the first week of October. The  number will  increase to 15 participants. These participants are coming from both public and private universities such as Makerere, Kyambogo, MUBS, Kampala International University and Nkumba.
