Debate Conference

On February 21 2023, the IAYSP organized in partnership with the National Union of Gabon Students a conference debate on the Theme « The civic responsibility of the student during an election period » at the Library of University Omar Bongo in collaboration with its general secretary. The conference registered 100 participants with 3 panelist, the President of IAYSP Ulrich BOUROBOU, The president of the National Union of Gabon students Schadrak MPAKI, and a peace Ambassador BENGA BENGONE. The national Council of young have been represented by the Provincial Council of Youth who encouraged students to be responsible and raise awareness around them as the educated youth in his congratulatory words. The panelist sensitized the students on the importance and significance of the the voting action and encouraged young to be pacific and Thorough on their choice. As the nation is preparing for a critical period, the aim of the conference was to sensitize particularly the students to act as citizen and protect Peace in the nation but also to consciouslyuse their right of vote by studying society projects.
The closing remarks have been given by the National Coordinator of UPF representing the federation, Mr AMBIANA Joseph, encouraging students to be responsible of their nation, to be Peace builders im their different fields of activity.
