Closure of the Week of Dialogue – Peace Design Tables & Presentations of Peace Makers

IAYSP-Angola organized Extraordinary meeting STAFF YSP-Angola on December 30, 2020.

IAYSP-Angola had their last meeting of the year via zoom on December 30th;

the meeting was based on the general assessment of the activities developed in the year 2020 in the context of the pandemic COVD-19 and the proposed work agenda for the year 2021.

Gathered deliberations and conclusions:

The Young Leaders Forum will be chaired by Ambassador Alda Manuel (African winner of S!NERGY 2020) and Ambassador Erica Tavares (winner of the Youth Heroes Award – Angola 2020;

Schedule the meeting for the preparation of the 2021 National Strategic Plan for the first half of January;

Find out about the purpose of the International Forum of Peacebuilders;

Prepare the international forum for peacemakers;

Prepare a quarterly plan to present or propose to Peacemakers;

Periodically evaluate the activities of IAYSP-Angola;

Monitor and support the provinces of Cabinda and Malanje;

Training of the entire team;

Team members may provide feedback on the document Internal Regulations shared in the Whatsapp group – Strategic Level.
