Character Education Workshop #15 Life Goals as a Framework for Character Education

YSP-ANGOLA held the final session of the workshop on Character Education through the zoom platform on August 12, 2021. The sessions were presented to the Staff and collaborators (Ambassadors of Peace and Peace Makers) of the organization, who will later be qualified for training of trainers.

The workshop was lectured by the Director of Finance and Advisor of IAYSP-ANGOLA, Dr. Ariana Ortet Vigelandzoon.

The following points were addressed:

1.Need for a structure in Character Education;

2.The partnership – home, school and community;

3.Mature Character Education;

4.Education for relationships in love and family;

5.Education for the contribution to society.

The participants, through the debate created based on the points presented above, concluded that it was necessary to implement Character Education, in families, educational institutions, religious institutions, in foster homes; further expand presentations through debates, lectures, workshops, conferences, etc.
