Awarding Youth Heroes Award in Zambia

IAYSP- Zambia organized  an award giving ceremony on the 23rd of December for Mrs. Beatrice Phiri Tonguino, and activist and recipient of this years’ Hero’s award at the African Level.

Her project is based on climate change and educating other on becoming aware of climate change and becoming young activists. She has generated a network of young people passionate abut climate change and had helped bring awareness.

The awarding ceremony attended by, Rev. David Isaac Phiri ( National Leader of Zambia), Mr. Fabrice Djimadoum (Secretary General), Mr. Andrico Tshaba (Subregional President of IAYSP) and Mr. Soondo Mutewa (President of IAYSP Zambia) who were the main speakers, and Ms. Jyumi Chisha.
