2023 Assessment meeting for the year 2022 and planning for the year 2023

YSP-Angola held the assessment meeting for the year 2022 and the planning for the year 2023 on February 5th, via the Zoom platform.
The meeting was chaired by President Manuel Baveca who, after a brief opening speech, presented the agenda which included the following points:
1. Opening, 2. Evaluation; 3. Planning; 4. Volunteering of those responsible for areas of activity;
5. Change of Communication Management; 6. Miscellaneous; 7. Questions; 8. Closure of the meeting.
1.1 The Chair opened the meeting, welcoming the participants;
2.1 a success rate of 90% of planned activities was considered, with 2 not being carried out;
3.1 The 2023 plan contemplates the archetypal activities (international strategic plan) of the IAYSP for the achievement of the UN SDGs;
4.1 Peace Makers, Ambassadors and others volunteered to coordinate some activities;
5.1 The National Directorate of YSP-Angola appointed the Peace maker, Manásia Futa, the new Director of the Communication Department, and thanked the outgoing Director, Ambassador Luzimira João, for her performance;
6.1 Members were urged to pay dues;
6.2 Literacy (quota, financing, sponsorships, profitable projects) and creation of financial policies and procedures;
6.3 Conduct Project Management Training for Peace Makers, Peace Ambassadors, volunteers and members;
6.4 Training for the Department of Communication in Graphic Design.
